The model LiftMaster 8355W door operator is manufactured by Chamberlain Group. The 8355W ½ HP Belt Drive Opener is the perfect choice if you want both quiet and smooth-running reliability, or simply have rooms positioned above your garage. The ½ HP heavy-duty motor is equipped with the patented Motor Vibration Isolation System (MVIS®) that eliminates powerhead vibration for reduced noise. As more convenient features, this opener also is equipped with built-in MyQ® technology that lets you monitor and control your garage door and house lights remotely by using a computer or smartphone with the available LiftMaster Internet Gateway. Meets all UL325 requirements.

The Protector System®
Project an invisible light beam across the garage door opening and automatically reverse the door if anything interrupts the beam while the door is going down. Sensing technology will stop the door from closing if contact is made with a person or object. Opener light turns on automatically when The Protector System's infrared beam is broken.
Alert-2-Close Warning System Offers audio and visual warnings when the garage door is about to close.
Interior manual release handle
This handle can be used to manually operate the garage door from the interior in the event of a power outage.

- Security+ 2.0 rolling code technology assures a new code is sent every time the remote control is used.
